Robert Lee Duarte, age 67, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016.  Robert is survived by his son, Justin Lee Johnson and wife, Jennafer Uribe; siblings, Lena Duarte Bower, Abel F. Duarte Jr. and wife, Sue, Leroy Wilson Duarte, John Dean Duarte and  Loretta Ballard, Cynthia Ann Phillips and husband, Cliff, Ronnie Wilson Duarte and wife, Nico; godson, Cory Phillips; uncle, James R. Wilson and Bonnie Gomez; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews, cousins and friends. Robert Lee was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Era.  Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel.  A Eulogy will be Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph Drive NW, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. A Committal Service will follow at 11:15 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N. Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM. Pallbearers will be Able F. Duarte Jr., Leroy Wilson Duarte, John Dean Duarte, Jose Ramon Duarte, Ronnie Wilson Duarte, and Cory Phillips.  Honorary pallbearer will be Cliff Phillips.
