Romola Llamas

Romola T. Llamas (Trujillo), age 86, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018.  Mrs. Llamas is survived by her eleven children, Rudy Llamas, Ruben Llamas and wife, Dale, Ramon Llamas Jr., Patricia Llamas, Vivian Llamas-Green and husband, John, Anthony Llamas and wife, Melissa, Priscilla Llamas-McKaughan and husband, Jeff, Sylvia Gallegos and husband, Paul, Julie Llamas, LeRoy Llamas and wife, LeeAnn, Steven Llamas and girlfriend, Sandra Martinez; sister, Helen Martinez; twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Llamas was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Llamas; grandsons, Steven Jr and Fernando and her daughter-in-law, Ruth.  Her daughter Julie gave her a home and her granddaughter Erika Bartlett cared for her daily in the most loving and compassionate way.

A visitation will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. S.W. with a Rosary to be recited by Charlie Gallegos at 7:00 p.m.  A final visitation will be held Friday, March 2, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. S.W. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow Mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Amadeo Gallegos, Dominic Llamas, Jordan Llamas, Joshua Llamas, Lucas Llamas, Omar Flores.
