CHAVEZ, SANDRA F. age 48, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014.  Mrs. Chavez is survived by her husband of twenty four years, Oscar Chavez; children, Clarrissa Chavez, and Christian Chavez; mother, Dolores Lucero; brothers, Tony Lucero, and wife, Janet, Stephen Lucero and wife, Martha; sister, Yolanda Lucero-Martinez and husband, Lee; mother in law, Gloria V. Chavez; several uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Sandra was an avid supporter of the Breast Cancer Walkathons and was dedicated to bring awareness to Breast Cancer.  Visitation will be Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.  until 2:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. Final visitation will be Monday, May 19, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW.  Pallbearers will be family members. Private disposition will follow Mass.
