Sandra Lucero

Sandra Lucero (Candelaria), age 74, born in Mountainair, NM and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2017 with her family by her side.  Mrs. Lucero is survived by her beloved husband, Donaciano Lucero; children, Molly Garcia, Edward Montoya and wife, Yvonne, Joseph Montoya and wife, Patty, Frank Montoya and wife, Frances, Richard Montoya, Mario Montoya and wife Mariana, Mark Cerna and wife, Rose; thirty-five grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mrs. Lucero was preceded in death by her children, Michael Montoya, Tomasita Montoya, Carla Montoya; and sister, Berna Martinez.  A visitation will take place Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m.; final visitation will take place Friday, November 17, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW, Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.  Private disposition of cremains will take place at a later date.
