Socorro Gonzalez Carbajal

Socorro Gonzalez Carbajal, age 95, born in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 22, 2024. Mrs. Carbajal is survived by her children, Jose Carbajal and wife, Lupe, Maricruz Montano and husband, Eloy, Gerardo Carbajal, Connie Courtney, Armando Carbajal, Patricia Cruz and husband, Chris, Rufino Carbajal and husband, Allen, and Monica Saez and husband, Daniel; twenty-two grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose, and sons, Pedro, Javier and Jesus. Visitation will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. and burial will follow the services at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery 924 Menaul Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be Adrian Tenorio, Jerry Carbajal, Alex Cruz, Leo Sandoval, Jesus Rivas and Jason Salazar.
