d. July 03, 2015
Stephanie (Joan) Lynn Maez, age 45, born in Midland, Michigan, and a resident of Los Lunas, NM, went to meet her Lord and Lady on Friday, July 03, 2015. Stephanie was a devout Catholic, wife, mother and was a very giving and caring person, always willing to volunteer of herself to aid others and giving more time than she had. Stephanie had a great love of her Catholic faith, never compromising. Her love of God showed itself in her service to the Catholic Church by participation in choir, active member of the Alter and Rosary Society, ran the book store, organized church events, and was a member of the Militia Immaculate volunteering at Morning Star Home School Co-op. Stephanie is survived by her husband of twenty-four years, peter; seven children, Adam, Julian, Pete, Mary, Margaret, Genevieve, and Joseph; her father, John Brady; mother, Sharon Kay; many special brothers in law, sisters, in law, and friends.   She will be greatly missed by her loved ones and friends. We are comforted knowing that she rests in Our Lord and under the mantle of Our Lady. May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace, Amen. Pallbearers will be Adam Maez, Pete Maez, John Brady, Anthony Maez, Michael Creighton, and Conrad Griego. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 6:30p.m. with a public visitation  to follow after the Rosary in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel . Final visitation will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Saints Peters and Paul Catholic Church, 5800 Ouray Ray NW from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Requiem High Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
