HERNANDEZ, TERESA A., 96, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015, at home with her family at her side. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, January 26, 2015, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 301 Stover SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Sacred Heart from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
