Teresita Candelaria

Teresita (Trisa) V. Candelaria, born September 19, 1928, in Torreon, New Mexico. Trisa Candelaria passed away peacefully in Santa Fe on May 25, 2022, at the age of 93 with her loving daughter, Gloria Candelaria Bosson and her husband Richard, Retired Supreme Court Justice at her side. She has been Welcomed into heaven by those who predeceased her; husband, Trancito Candelaria; parents, Antonio Jose and Rosarito Vigil, and her Two sons, George and Trancito Candelaria II.

Warm, compassionate, supportive, and loving, Trisa had only friends in this life. Through she traveled the world, family was her first love. Trisa loved being Nana to her grandson, Christopher Marhaver Bosson, his wife, Megan, and her great grandddaufhter Ayla Francesca Bosson, age just Five weeks of Oswego, Illinois, and her granddaughter, Varenna Candelaria Groh, age 10, and William Carl Groh, age 7, of Golden Colorado. They loved their Nana, Abuelita.

The family would like to thank her caregivers from Egis and Hospice staff at Ambercare for their friendship, love, and support during this difficult time.

A Catholic Mass will take place Monday, June 27, 2022, at 11:00am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Albuquerque. A Private burial service will take place following the Mass.
