Theresa Martinez

Theresa M. Martinez, born in Belen, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018. Mrs. Martinez is survived by her children, Danny L. Lopez and Carmen Gutierrez, Rosie Gutierrez, Dorothy Maldonado and husband, Robert, Mary Ellen Vigil and husband, Melvin, Tommy Lopez and Cecilia Hernandez, Connie Maestas, Doris Lopez, Kathy Garcia and husband, Randy, Carla Garcia and husband, David; twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-one great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Lou (LuLu) Chavez. Mrs. Martinez was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy Martinez and son, Patrick Lopez. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Drive S.W., with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Maldonado, David Garcia, Melvin Vigil, Randy Garcia, Joseph Maldonado, and Christopher Aragon. Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Apodaca, David Rey Marquez, and Tommy Lopez Jr.
