Tillie went on to share her life and was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Bobby Sanchez, and James C. Foreman; sister, Priscilla Diaz; and niece Margie Saavedra Chavez. Tillie is loved and cherished by us and many others. She was a wonderful mother. She made us strong to endure life, she taught us how to find happiness in the face of disaster, she made us challenge ourselves when we were uncomfortable, she taught us to be honest, caring, to have dignity, and to always value yourself. Tillie shared her love, her wisdom, her will to love life and all it brings. She has had many peaks and valleys, highlights and adventures in her 89 years of life, more than most of us. She lived everyday with passion to do her best and to be happy. She is now on her journey into somewhere we will all meet again. She shared her childhood with sister, Priscilla. Tillie worked for her father at the family owned Arrow Super Market located in the Barelas-South Fourth Street Historic District as a bookkeeper. As a lifelong resident of the South Valley, Tillie was passionate and true to her background and culture. All who knew her during these years recall her passion for bowling, fishing, blackjack, cooking, puzzles, gardening, and her love for animals including her dog, Zorro. Visitation will be Friday, February 13, 2015 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW from 8:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:15 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt.
