Timotea (Timmie) J. Chavez, 89, born in San Antonio, NM, and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2015.  Mrs. Chavez is survived by her daughters, Frances Vargas, Irene Griego, Josie Sedillo and husband, Nick, and Elizabeth (Dean) Pacheco; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and many extend family and friends.  Mrs. Chavez was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Chavez; and daughter, Helen Chavez.  A Rosary will be recited Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave. NW at 9:30 a.m. by Deacon George Sandoval; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Father Eric Ramirez, S.J., presider. Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m.  Pallbearers will be Freddie Sedillo, John Pacheco, Nick Sedillo, Del Garcia, Chris Flint, and Jesse Brown.  Honorary pallbearers will be Alvaro Gutierrez, Johnny Aragon, and Peter Aragon.
