Veronica Gonzales

Veronica Mercedes (Martinez) Gonzales age 65, and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on August 8, 2021. Veronica is survived by her children, Denise Sierra and boyfriend, Richard Montoya, Juanita Moore and husband, Chris, Yvonne Gonzales and husband, Kevin; Thirteen Grandchildren; Siblings, Mary Lou Vigil, Joe Martinez, Walter Martinez, Loretta Blas, Lawrence Martinez, Louisa Vigil, Casey Martinez, Phil Martinez; Several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.  Veronica was preceded in death by her husband twenty years ago, James Gonzales; Brother, Dennis Martinez; Sister Georgia Martinez. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited by the Legion of Mary at 8:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. with Father Patrick presiding.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE.  Pallbearers will be Patrick Martinez, Joe Martinez, Walter Martinez, Lawrence Martinez, Casey Martinez, Phil Martinez
