Frank Edward Johnston was not just a husband, or a father, or a grandfather, or a police officer, or a landscaper, or an artist; he was the kind of person that most of us will only meet once in our lifetime. He was fiercely devoted to the people he loved. His family was his whole heart. He was always the center of attention, telling stories, and making people laugh. He was not only loved, he was adored. He would make friends anywhere he went, and he had a story for every situation always adding humor into the mix. There isn’t a person alive that has ever interacted with him that doesn’t have some sort of story to tell. One of his greatest joys in life was fly fishing and sharing that experience with his children and grandchildren. He loved riding his motorcycles on the open road, and cruising around town. Many will tell you that Frank was a free spirit, always going wherever life led him. He was never the serious one, he was the one ready to lighten the mood and make you laugh with one of his silly faces. Frank will be missed. We can not help but feel the little shadow that has been cast where his light once shined.
A Memorial Service for Frank will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 ay 11:00am at Sagebrush Church located at 6440 Coors Blvd NW.
